Flawless makes this hydrating toner in small batches at their studio, which means the formulation is fresh rather than preserved to within an inch of its life. The 500ml refill format is designed to top up whichever bottle or dispenser you already have at home — no new packaging required on your end, and the refill bottle itself goes back to Flawless once it is empty so they can clean and reuse it.
The formulation does a few specific things well. Organic rose hydrolate brings vitamin C and vitamin E into the formula — the vitamin C supports collagen stimulation, the vitamin E works as an antioxidant to reduce cell damage. Lavender hydrolate contributes anti-inflammatory properties that are particularly useful for sensitive or reactive skin. Witch hazel tightens pores. Coconut glycerin and sodium lactate keep the skin hydrated without heaviness.
