Most toothpastes do two things you probably did not sign up for: scrub your enamel with synthetic abrasives and wrap the whole thing in plastic you will never recycle. Zerolla's natural toothpaste takes a different route — and the results are specific enough to be worth explaining.
The polishing work is done by diatomaceous earth, a mineral-rich silica that lifts surface stains without the harshness of conventional abrasives. Sodium bicarbonate supports the whitening action, and organic essential oils handle the flavour and freshness. There is no SLS (the foaming agent linked to mouth ulcers in sensitive users), no triclosan, and no sodium fluoride — though the Double Mint variant does include a natural fluoride source if you prefer that protection.
Two flavours are available:
- Double Mint + Natural Fluoride — a classic clean-mouth feel with natural fluoride for enamel support
- Italian Lemon — fluoride-free, for those who prefer to avoid it entirely
