Custom Fitting Guide
How to use:
- Heat: Submerge the mouthguard in hot water (70°C - 80°C) for 10 to 15 seconds. Do not exceed 20 seconds to avoid damaging the material.
- Prep: Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water using a spoon and let it cool for 3 to 5 seconds so it is safe to touch.
- Mold: Place the guard over your teeth. Bite down gently and hold it firmly in place with your tongue and lips for 30 seconds to lock in your custom fit.
