Oil pulling is one of those ancient habits that turns out to have a genuinely good reason behind it. The practice — swishing oil through teeth and gums — works by binding to bacteria and debris in the mouth, and Georganics has built a modern, certified-natural version around it.
The base is coconut oil, chosen for its plaque-reducing properties. Spearmint oil adds a cooling, refreshing quality alongside its own antibacterial action — so this does not just mask what is happening in your mouth, it addresses it.
