Interdental cleaning is one of those habits that makes a measurable difference to gum health — and the tool you use matters more than most people realise. The gap size has to match the brush size, or you are either missing plaque or forcing the bristles and irritating the gum. These brushes are ISO 0, which means 0.4mm — the right size for narrow interdental spaces where a standard toothbrush cannot go.
The handle is made from FSC-certified beechwood, which means the wood is sourced from responsibly managed forests. After use, the handle is compostable. The bristles are medium-grade BPA-free nylon — firm enough to dislodge debris and plaque effectively, gentle enough not to damage gum tissue with normal use.
The pack contains 6 brushes. Georganics recommends replacing each brush weekly, or sooner if the bristles show wear. That gives you a six-week supply in a single pack.

How to use: Insert the brush gently into the gap between teeth. Move it back and forth a few times to dislodge plaque and debris. Do not force the brush — if it does not fit comfortably, try the next size down. Replace weekly or when bristles show signs of wear.
