The Wizardry Split Liner is Glisten Cosmetics' blue and purple duo in one pot: a water-activated formula that delivers vivid, full-colour results without the price tag that usually comes with bold pigment payoff. The colour is split — blue on one side, purple on the other — so you can use each shade independently or blend them for something more layered.

How to use: Open the lid, add a small amount of water to the lid, dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment. Use as an eyeliner, graphic liner, or eye look base.
