UV IT! is Glisten Cosmetics' clear UV eyeliner — a water-activated pigment that does something most liners simply cannot. Wear it on its own for a near-invisible finish that glows under ultraviolet light, or mix a small amount into your favourite liner shade to make it UV reactive. It is the detail that makes a nighttime look.
The formula is water-activated, which means the payoff is in your hands — a little water goes a long way, and the brush technique matters. Swirl, do not soak.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
Ingredients: Sericite, Glycerin, Acacia Senegal Gum, Polysorbate-20, Water.
