The Tutti Frutti Wet Liner Pan is a water-activated eyeliner in two metallic shades — Rose Quartz and Blushing — designed to refill compatible palettes or be used as a standalone colour. The formula delivers full-colour payoff without cracking or fading, and the pan format keeps things affordable without cutting corners on pigment intensity.
At 3g net weight, it is a compact but genuinely useful addition to any colour kit. The wet-liner format means you control the intensity: a little water gives a sheer wash, more gives a bold, saturated line.
