Traffic Cone is a bright neon orange shade from the Glisten Cosmetics Wet Liner® range — a water-activated eyeliner that delivers full-colour payoff without cracking or fading. The formula also glows under UV light, making it a strong choice for festival looks, editorial work, or anyone who wants their liner to do more than line.
The format is simple and effective: a small pot of concentrated pigment that you activate with a drop of water. The more water you use, the sheerer the result; less water gives you that punchy, opaque finish. It is the kind of product that rewards a little experimentation.
Available in two sizes — 3g and 10g — so you can try the shade before committing to the larger pot.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
