The Sweetie Wet Liner is part of Glisten Cosmetics' Duochrome range — water-activated eyeliners that deliver a full-colour shift depending on the angle of light. This one moves from pink to green, and the payoff is immediate once you get the water-to-pigment ratio right.
At 3g net weight, the pot is compact but the colour is concentrated. The formula is designed not to crack or fade once set, which matters when you are building a graphic liner look or layering over other products.
How to use: Open the lid and add a small amount of water to it. Dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl it into the pigment. Keep adding water gradually to reach a creamy, workable consistency — this is where the colour payoff happens. Build up as needed.
