The Sulphur Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated eyeliner in a pearl metallic yellow. The formula is compact — available in 3g and 10g — but the colour payoff is anything but. Wet it, swirl it, and the pigment activates into a vivid, crease-resistant line that holds without flaking.

How to use: Open the lid. Add a small amount of water to the lid. Dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
