Six wet-activate eyeliners, one bundle. Glisten Cosmetics built their Wet Liner formula around intensity — each shade delivers rich, metallic colour in a single stroke, without the layering or patchy payoff that lets down a lot of pigment-led liners.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
Ingredients: Sericite, Glycerin, Acacia Senegal Gum, Polysorbate-20, Water.
