The Solar Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated pressed pigment eyeliner in a bold sunshine yellow. The formula is designed to deliver full-colour payoff in a single pass — no fading, no cracking — and the compact pot format means a little goes a long way.
The activation method is part of what makes this work. A small amount of water loosens the pigment just enough to pick up on a brush, giving you control over intensity: a light dip for a wash of colour, a fuller load for something more graphic. How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
