The Royals is a duo of blues built for impact. Sapphire and Double Denim sit together in a single 3g wet liner pan, giving you two distinct shades to layer, blend, or use straight — depending on how much you want to be seen.

How to use: Dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
