The Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated pressed pigment eyeliner that punches well above its price point. Rose Quartz is the brand's rose-gold shade — a metallic warm tone that works as a liner, a lid wash, or a graphic accent depending on how you apply it.
The format is simple and effective: a small pot of concentrated pigment that activates with water. The result is intense, buildable colour that sets without cracking or fading through the day.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
