Some colour products ask you to commit: one formula for eyes, another for lips, a third for cheeks. The Glisten Cosmetics Red Spectra Pencil does not work that way. One pencil, three placements, one shade of red that reads differently depending on where you put it.
The pencil is sharpenable, which matters more than it sounds. How to use: Warm up on the back of your hand before applying near the eyes. Be cautious with sharp pencils near the eyes. Apply to eyes, lips, or cheeks as desired. For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Keep at room temperature; avoid direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
