Rain's Glisten Edit is a collaboration between Glisten Cosmetics and makeup creator @raincornelius — built around the idea that eyeliner should be able to do anything. Rain wanted a full rainbow of options, so the set covers the full spectrum: UV pigments that pop under blacklight, a metallic, a duochrome that shifts with the light, and a classic matte. Three Graphic Liner Brushes are included so the looks you can build are limited only by imagination, not by kit.
