These are wet-activated liners — dampen your brush, pick up colour, and apply. The formula uses Acacia Senegal Gum as its binder, which gives the characteristic smooth, buildable line that Glisten's Wet Liners are known for. They work equally well for graphic liner looks, cut creases, and festival face art.
