Glisten Cosmetics' Wet Liners are water-activated pigment pots that deliver full-colour payoff in a single swipe. The formula is compact — 3g or 10g per pot depending on the size you choose — but the pigment concentration means you get genuine intensity without layering. No cracking, no fading.

How to use: Open the lid, add a small amount of water to the lid, dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment. The colour activates on contact.
Ingredients: Sericite, Glycerin, Acacia Senegal Gum, Polysorbate-20, Water.
