The Wet Liner® is a water-activated pressed pigment eyeliner that works differently to a standard pencil or felt-tip. You add a small amount of water, load the brush, and the pigment releases as a saturated, matte line that sets without cracking or fading. The Plum shade is a dusty purple matte — deep and wearable, with UV-reactive pigment that glows under ultraviolet light.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
