Glisten Cosmetics' Wet Liner in Periwinkle is a water-activated pressed pigment eyeliner that delivers full-colour payoff in a compact 3g or 10g pot. The formula activates with just a drop of water — no drying out mid-application, no cracking once it sets. The periwinkle shade also glows under UV light, making it a practical choice for festival looks, creative editorial, or anywhere the lights go low.
The Wet Liner format rewards a light hand. A little water, a good brush, and the pigment does the work. It is the kind of product that looks like it should cost more than it does.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
