The Mulberry Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated eyeliner in a deep shimmer purple that punches well above its price point. The formula is pigment-dense and stays put once set — no cracking, no fading, just a clean line or a smudged wash of colour depending on how you work it.

How to use: Open the lid. Add a small amount of water to the lid. Dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment. Apply as desired.
