The Moonlight Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated eyeliner in a deep, dark blue metallic shade. The formula is pigment-dense and designed to deliver full-colour payoff in a single pass — no layering, no fading, no cracking through the day.
The wet-liner format means you control the intensity. A little water gives you a precise, defined line; a touch more and the colour blooms. It is the kind of eyeliner that works whether you are doing a sharp flick or something more expressive.
Available in two sizes — 3g and 10g — so you can try before you commit, or stock up when you know it works for you.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
