Wet liner pans work differently from pencils or felt-tips. You activate the pigment with a damp brush, which gives you control over intensity: a lightly loaded brush for a wash of shimmer, a wetter brush for a sharp, opaque line. The white shimmer in Moon Rock catches light cleanly, making it useful for inner corner highlights, graphic liner looks, or layering over darker shades.
