The Montserrat Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated eyeliner in a deep teal matte finish. The formula is activated with just a drop of water, which means you control the intensity — a light dip gives a precise line, a little more water builds the colour up. It does not crack or fade once set, which is the thing that separates a water-activated liner from a standard kohl or felt-tip.
Available in two sizes: 3g (Small) and 10g (Large), so you can try the shade before committing to the full pot.
Once opened, use within 18 months.
How to use: Open the lid. Add a small amount of water to the lid. Dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment. Apply as desired.
Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Polysorbate-20, Acacia Senegal Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben. May contain (+/−): Sericite, Mica, Talc, Calcium Carbonate, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891).
