The Mint Choc pan is a wet liner in Glisten Cosmetics' signature split colourway: neon UV green paired with brown. At 3g, it is compact enough to slot into any palette but delivers the kind of full-colour payoff that holds its own against products at twice the price.
Wet liners work differently to pencils or felt-tips — the pigment is activated by water, which gives you control over intensity. A barely-damp brush picks up a sheer wash; a wetter brush pulls through a more saturated line. Once you have the ratio right, the colour does not crack or fade through the day.
