The Mermaid Wet Liner is a duochrome eyeliner that moves between dark blue and purple as the light catches it. It is water-activated, which means the colour payoff is controlled by you — a little water gives a precise, intense line; more water gives a softer, more diffused effect. At 3g, the pot is compact but concentrated: full-colour payoff without cracking or fading through the day.

How to use: Open the lid. Add a small amount of water to the lid. Dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment. Keep adding water as needed to create a creamy consistency. Build up the colour payoff to your preference.

To check for skin sensitivity, do a small patch test on the inner elbow. Note: some colours contain pigments which, according to US law, may not be suitable for use in the eye area.
