The Martian Wet Liner is Glisten Cosmetics' take on a water-activated eyeliner: a small pot of intensely pigmented colour that wakes up with just a drop of water and delivers a metallic dark red finish that holds without cracking or fading.
The format rewards a light touch. A little water, a quick swirl of your brush into the pigment, and the colour activates immediately. That is the whole process — no primer, no setting spray, no second coat required.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
