The Mars Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated pressed pigment eyeliner in a deep brown-red matte shade. Small in size but serious in colour, it delivers full-pigment payoff that holds without cracking or fading — the kind of result that usually costs considerably more.
The water-activation format is what makes this different from a standard pencil or felt-tip liner. You control the intensity: a little water gives you a softer, more diffused line; more pigment on the brush gives you something sharper and more defined. It rewards a bit of experimentation.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
