The Manhattan Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a duochrome eyeliner that does something most liners cannot: it shifts colour. In this case, gold to red — a warm, dimensional effect that changes with the light and the angle. The format is a pressed pigment pan that you activate with water, giving you control over intensity from a soft wash to a full, opaque line.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment, keep adding water as needed to create a creamy consistency and watch the colour pay off.
