Glisten Cosmetics' Wet Liner in Grape is a pastel purple eyeliner with a UV-reactive finish — meaning it performs in daylight and comes alive under ultraviolet light. The water-activated formula is designed for full-colour payoff without cracking or fading, and it comes in two sizes: a 3g pot for trying it out, and a 10g pot if you already know you love it.
The format is simple and satisfying to use. You add a small amount of water to the lid, dip your brush in, swirl it through the pigment, and the colour activates immediately. The payoff is immediate and buildable — you are not layering up thin washes to get to the colour you want.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
