The Galaxy Split Liner from Glisten Cosmetics delivers two colours in one pot — light purple and deep blue — with a water-activated formula that gives full pigment payoff without cracking or fading. It reacts under UV light, making it a strong choice for festival looks, editorial work, or any occasion where you want your liner to do more than the usual.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
