The Galactica Chroma Flakes from Glisten Cosmetics are multichrome rainbow iridescent flakes suspended in a gel base — which solves the single biggest problem with loose pigments. The gel formula is soft on application and dries down onto the skin, holding the flakes exactly where you place them.
