Glisten Cosmetics' Wet Liner in Evergreen is a deep, dark green matte shade that activates with just a drop of water. The formula is designed for full-colour payoff in a single pass — no layering, no fading, no cracking through the day.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
