The formula is water-activated, which means you control the intensity. A little water gives you a precise, defined line. More gives you something closer to a wash of colour. Either way, the pigment does not crack, flake, or fade once it sets.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
