Glisten Cosmetics built its Wet Liner range on a simple idea: expressive colour should not cost a fortune or compromise on ethics. The Dungaree shade — a rich denim purple — is the kind of colour that earns a second look, and the water-activated formula means you control the intensity, from a soft wash to a fully saturated line.
The mechanics are straightforward. Add a small amount of water to the lid, dip your brush, swirl it into the pigment, and the colour activates immediately. Because the formula is water-based rather than wax-based, it sits cleanly on the lid without the cracking or fading that cheaper liners are prone to. The 3g pot is the one to try first; the 10g is the one to stock up on once you know the shade works for you.

A note on pigments: some colours in the Wet Liner range contain pigments that, under US law, may not be suitable for use directly in the eye area. Check the ingredient list for your specific shade before applying close to the waterline.
How to use: Open the lid. Add a small amount of water to the lid. Dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment. Apply as desired. Build intensity by repeating the dip-and-swirl step.
