The Divine Wet Liner is part of Glisten Cosmetics' Duochrome range — water-activated eyeliners that deliver a red/pink to gold colour shift with full-colour payoff in a compact 3g pot. How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment, keep adding water as needed to create a creamy consistency and watch the colour pay off.
