Some eyeliners promise bold colour and deliver a patchy, faded line by midday. The Cotton Candy Split Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is not that. Water-activated and pigment-dense, it lays down fuchsia and dark pink in one stroke — and under UV light, it glows.
The split format means two complementary shades in a single compact: a deep fuchsia on one side, a dark pink on the other. Use them separately for a clean graphic line, or blend them together at the lash line for something more layered. The 3g size is the one to try first; the 10g is for when you already know.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
