The Chameleon Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a duochrome eyeliner that does something most liners cannot: shift colour. In direct light it reads khaki green; catch it at an angle and it moves into blue. That shift comes from the mica-based pigment blend in the formula, activated with water to build from a sheer wash to a fully saturated line.
At 3g it is compact, but the pigment concentration means a little goes a long way. The water-activated format also means no drying out mid-use — you control the consistency by how much water you add, which makes it equally useful for a precise graphic liner or a smudged, diffused effect.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment. Keep adding water as needed to create a creamy consistency and watch the colour pay off.
