The Celestite pan is Glisten Cosmetics' metallic turquoise wet liner — a dual-toned light and dark turquoise with a metallic finish that delivers full-colour payoff in a single pass. At 3g, it is compact enough to slot into any palette but concentrated enough to last.
Wet liner pans work differently to pencils or felt-tips: a damp brush activates the pigment, giving you control over intensity from a soft wash to a fully saturated line. The formula is built to hold — no cracking, no fading through the day.
