The Breezer Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a duochrome eyeliner that shifts from blue to gold as the light catches it. It is water-activated, which means you control the intensity: a little water gives you a sheer wash, more gives you a saturated, crease-resistant line that holds without cracking or fading.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment, keep adding water as needed to create a creamy consistency and watch the colour pay off!
