Some eyeliners promise bold colour and deliver a faint, patchy line by lunchtime. Glisten Cosmetics' Wet Liner works differently: it is a water-activated pigment pot that you activate yourself, which means the colour stays true from application until you take it off.
Blueberry is a pastel blue with a UV-reactive finish — it performs under daylight and comes alive under UV light, making it a practical choice for festival looks, editorial work, or anyone who wants their liner to do more than just define.
The format is straightforward. A small pot — available in 3g or 10g — holds a concentrated pigment that you wet with a brush to release the colour. Because you control the water ratio, you control the intensity: a drier brush gives a more precise, defined line; a wetter brush builds opacity quickly.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.

To check for skin sensitivity, do a small patch test on inner elbow. Notice: some colours contain pigments which, according to US law, may not be suitable for use in the eye area.
