The Blue Sky pan is Glisten Cosmetics' water-activated wet liner in a dual-tone blue — pastel blue meeting royal blue — designed for bold, expressive eye looks that refill straight into your existing palette.
At 3g, it is compact but concentrated. The pigment activates with just a damp brush: a little water goes a long way, and the formula is built to deliver full-colour payoff without cracking or fading through the day.
