Glisten Cosmetics' Wet Liner in Blue Moon is a water-activated pressed pigment eyeliner that gives you a full-colour, matte light blue line without cracking or fading through the day. The format is simple: a small pot of concentrated pigment that you activate with a damp brush, giving you control over intensity — build it up or keep it sheer.
The Blue Moon shade sits in that particular light blue that works as a graphic liner, a smudged lower lash line, or a bold graphic flick. It is the kind of colour that looks deliberate rather than accidental.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
