Blue Lagoon is one of those colours that earns a second look. Depending on the light, it shifts from a deep ocean blue to a vivid green — a duochrome effect that is genuinely difficult to achieve at this price point. The liner is water-activated. You add a small amount of water, swirl your brush into the pigment, and build the consistency you want. The result is a creamy, highly pigmented line that sets without cracking or fading. It works equally well as a precise liner or a smudged wash of colour across the lid.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment, keep adding water as needed to create a creamy consistency and watch the colour pay off.
