The Blue Heaven Split Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated pot liner combining two shades — Neon Cyan (Seltzer) and Light Teal (Bubblegum) — in a single compact case. The formula is built for full-colour payoff without cracking or fading, and it activates under UV light for looks that genuinely land in low-light settings.
At 3g (small) or 10g (large), it is a small pot with a lot going on.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
