Berryade is Glisten Cosmetics' neon blue shade in their Wet Liner® range — a water-activated pressed pigment eyeliner that delivers full-colour payoff and glows under UV light. How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
