The Wet Liner® works differently to a standard pencil or liquid liner. You activate it with water — a small amount in the lid, a dipped brush, a swirl into the pigment — and the colour comes alive. How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
