Glisten Cosmetics brought Rowi Singh in for a reason. Rowi is an Australian-born South Asian artist whose work sits at the intersection of fine art and face — the kind of makeup that stops a scroll. This palette was built around her approach: bold, mixable, endlessly reconfigurable.
The Artist's Palette contains 9 Split Shades, each pan holding two tones side by side. Mix them together and you unlock 9 further colours — so what looks like a 9-pan palette is closer to 18 working shades before you start experimenting. Several shades are UV reactive, which means they shift under ultraviolet light in ways that standard pigments simply do not.
This edition has been upgraded in two meaningful ways. The pans are now magnetic, so you can lift them out, rearrange the layout, and build the palette order that works for your hand. And the pans are refillable — when a shade runs out, you restock that pan rather than repurchasing the whole palette.
Activation is straightforward: a small amount of water in the lid, a damp (not wet) brush, and the pigment releases. The payoff is immediate.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
Ingredients: Sericite, Glycerin, Acacia Senegal Gum, Polysorbate-20, Water.
