The Angel Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated eyeliner in a vivid pink metallic finish. The formula is pigment-dense, meaning you get full-colour payoff without layering — and because it is water-activated rather than liquid or pencil, it stays put without cracking or fading once dry.
Available in two sizes: a 3g pot for trying the shade, and a 10g pot if Angel is already a staple in your kit.

How to use: Open the lid. Add a small amount of water to the lid. Dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment and apply.
Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Polysorbate-20, Acacia Senegal Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben. May contain (+/−): Sericite, Mica, Talc, Calcium Carbonate, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891).
